In my early 30s, I experienced a rapid descent of health. The depression, anxiety, constipation, and insomnia of my youth were matched with food intolerance, gas, bloating, stomach cramps and spasms, chronic fatigue, weakness, irritability, mood swings, menstrual irregularity, inability to sweat, adult acne, morning stiffness, carpal tunnel, brain fog, weight loss, weight gain, and chronic tendonitis.
These bummers later revealed themselves to be IBS, SIBO, hormonal imbalance, adrenal fatigue, hypothyroidism, and fibromyalgia. Quite a laundry list eh? My conditions developed and worsened over years despite trying all the fixes – various elimination diets, medications, antibiotics, steroids, surgery, physical therapy, detoxing, acupuncture, and you name it.
Then my late husband was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer two months after we married and inevitably my own health also suffered from his diagnosis and prognosis. After a hellacious 2 years fighting both our sicknesses and being his caretaker, I finally realized and understood the root causes of my chronic conditions and the reasons I was stuck in a cycle of sick regardless of how much I was doing to get better.
A few months before my husband passed I was able to heal myself by myself, without a crazy diet, complicated medications, or a convoluted procedure. I did for myself in months what I had been trying to do in years with fewer restrictions and hassle. Armed with the magnanimous power of my inner life, harnessing unflinching self-awareness, forgiveness, gratitude, and love, I liberated my healthiest and happiest self before my husbandâs cancer took his life.
We can heal.
Even after a lifetime of dis-ease. Even in the company of death and tragedy we can still shine a light on the shadows in our lives and restructure our deepest darknesses. Despite my grief and the challenges of rebuilding my life as a widow, I continue to be healthier and happier than I have ever been. I have lived through trauma, sickness, death, and grief and what I have learned is no matter how scared, ill, or exhausted you are – love, light, and hope will always carry you out of darkness. MY PERSONAL STORY
She is a champion for our own unique bodies, stresses, emotions, and lifestyles.
I was diagnosed with SIBO and enlisted Linda to be a health coach through the experience. Not just with the specifics of that condition-- which she had experienced herself, but with an overall new approach to health and education of nutrition information that I had never learned. My eyes were opened and I felt cared for, seen, and heard. One of the most important things I learned through Linda is that there's not a one-size-fits-all prescription for healing. She is a champion for our own unique bodies, stresses, emotions, and lifestyles. I'd recommend her for people who are stuck, feel unwell in any capacity, and need personalized guidance toward a breakthrough.
Wow!! Linda is really something special. I received a medical intuitive reading and had no idea what to expect. She explained the process to me very clearly and I felt expertly taken care of by her in what was a pretty vulnerable experience. We got to address some big health things that I've been facing and she offered me practical suggestions on what to do and what to focus on moving forward. as other people have said, it did not feel like fortune telling at all. It felt grounded and informed and very specific to me and my (apparently very hectic) inner life! I'd definitely recommend a reading to anyone who is even the least bit curious about what Linda is doing here. It would also make a super cool gift for someone else.
